Use of the service

SITETASK provides tools for construction-site tasks, scheduling and team coordination. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and access only projects and information they are authorised to use.

Site safety and professional judgement

SITETASK is a coordination aid, not a replacement for legally required site supervision, safety procedures, inspections, professional judgement or emergency communications. Organisations remain responsible for verifying instructions and complying with applicable law.

Content and access

Users and their organisations are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions associated with information they enter or upload. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share. Access may be restricted to protect security or prevent misuse.

Availability and changes

Service features may change and interruptions may occur. Important site operations should have an appropriate fallback process.

Legal review

These are provisional service terms and are not yet a complete customer contract. Before commercial launch, RD should confirm contracting identity, pricing, cancellation, liability, governing-law provisions, data-processing terms and any mandatory customer rights with an appropriately qualified adviser.
