SITETASK is a construction-site coordination service operated under the trading name RD in Ireland. Privacy enquiries: support@site-task.com.

Information handled

Depending on how your organisation uses SITETASK, the service may handle account details, names, work roles, project or site membership, assigned tasks, schedules, comments, uploaded or entered site information, and technical information necessary to run and secure the service.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide accounts and site coordination features, control access to project information, maintain service reliability and security, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Who can see information

Authorised members of a project may see information shared within that project according to their permissions. Service infrastructure providers may process data to operate the service. SITETASK uses Supabase for backend services and Vercel for hosting. Their processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards should be confirmed before broad public launch.

Retention and rights

Retention periods depend on operational and legal needs and are under review. Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or object to processing. Contact support@site-task.com with a request. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Before public launch

This notice is an initial operational summary. The service operator must confirm the applicable controller/processor roles, lawful bases, data retention periods, subprocessor arrangements, international transfers and contact details before treating it as a complete GDPR notice.
